Responsibilities
- Prospect, establish, and retain a customer base to support Textron Specialized Vehicles product lines.
- Forecast monthly vehicle sales via SIOP.
- Establish meaningful relationships with key customers within the region to drive sales.
- Provide input to the management team on development of new product or service features that will meet current and future customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments in the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and business models.
- Focus on increasing retail sales for products.
- Engage with customer base and territory manager on customer issues or large deals.
- Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.
- Manage a remote team of sales managers with a focus on selling units to customers.
- Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives,
