Responsibilities: 7-10 Recommended
- Lead problem-solving activities to resolve high impact customer problems, including technical communication with customers (internal and external), conducting root-cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
- Assist leading the site’s transition to a problem-solving culture by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic change.
- Lead a cross functional team in applying a structured problem-solving methodology (Shainin, Six Sigma or equivalent). Report out to Senior Management on project progress.
- Utilize systematic methods to select and identify high impact projects to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications: 3-5 Recommended
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Years of Experience: 3 years in a production environment
- Shainin Red X Apprentice (Required),
- Shainin Red X Journeyman (Preferred)
