Responsibilities
- Shadow Territory Sales Managers in the field and assist with visiting existing dealers and establishing new customer relationships.
- Gain knowledge in the following areas: selling skills, channel development, leadership skills, and managing customers.
- Conduct market research on product offerings and new product technology.
- Offer recommendations on process improvements within the sales organization to increase efficiencies and sales.
- Complete projects as needed demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Build internal network within sales and business functions.
