Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. preserves.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales and Director of Customer Finance to develop and manage 3rd party finance programs to maximize sales and drive cash & recurring revenue.
- Report on performance of Accounts Receivable and external finance programs monthly & quarterly.
- Prepare monthly forecast for cash receipts.
- Collaborate with Account Administrators to drive performance vs forecast.
- Assist with dispute resolution and improvements in business processes.
- Analyze bad debt on a monthly basis to book adequate reserve for doubtful accounts.
- Underwrite open account credit applications and conduct annual account reviews to mitigate risk while supporting sales growth.
- Conduct month-end journal entries and reconciliations as required by Director of Finance.
- Other duties as required to manage risk and drive cash.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field required
- Years of Experience: 0-2 years of finance/accounting experience required
- Experience in underwriting commercial equipment credit and general accounting experience preferred
- General accounting knowledge and experience in contract review preferred
- Software Knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Office Suite
