Responsibilities
- Audit product that is presented to Quality for acceptance for defects pertaining to cosmetics, safety, part presence, and operation.
- Maintain audit check sheets in QA database and ensure data is correct in the Total Quality Management (TQM) software.
- Audit internal processes and work instructions as required.
- Support completion of monthly yard audits.
- Escalate quality issues and non-conforming conditions to the responsible internal parties.
- Assist in investigation and containment when safety and quality issues are found.
- Perform rework to vehicles on quality hold in order to meet engineering specification and follow containment procedure, as required.
- Assist in the validation of Quality Gates and Control plans, as required.
- Facilitate on the job training (OJT) for new inspectors with standardized inspection plans.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- Years of Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft suite, SAP, MES preferred
