WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Reporting to the CEO, the Quality Manager will lead the company’s quality efforts, w/ inspection methods, product standards, process audits, and quality management system to ensure the production of safe and high-quality products.
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality management or ten (10) years in a manufacturing role within a production environment.
- Experience working in regulated quality system environments such as AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 9001, or similar.
- Exclusive U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a U.S. DoD security clearance.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience managing people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and customer web-based portals.
- Aerospace industry experience is required.
- AS9100D Management Representative or Lead Internal Audit Certification is a plus.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification and experience using Lean tools are preferred.
- Knowledge of textile weaving and composite materials is a plus.
