Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Respond to service calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting documents
- Make travel arrangements for office personnel
- Record and maintain service calls, repairs, and all appropriate data in National Computerized Management systems (NCMMS)
- Track inventory of office supplies and order more when necessary
- Write and distribute routine correspondence
- Compile data and prepare reports
- Maintain updated contact information for company employees, suppliers, and customers
