As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail General Manager to lead our Naperville location.

Position Overview

The Retail General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail management and a passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to create a high-performing team.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Drive sales initiatives and strategies to achieve or exceed financial targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and merchandise displays to enhance customer engagement and drive foot traffic.

    • Customer Experience

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

    • Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

    • Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with corporate management to align store objectives with overall company goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff performance.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing a successful team.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
