Role Description
TFG is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth in the Mobile, AL area. This full-time, field-based role focuses on building strong client relationships, expanding our customer base, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering top-tier solutions to our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals
- Identify, generate, and qualify new leads to expand the customer base
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular interactions
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client training sessions
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Work closely with the sales team to align objectives and share best practices
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, account management, or business development (technical sales experience is a plus)
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in a competitive sales environment
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (75% travel required)
