- A high school diploma or equivalent and/or experience working with kids and families.
- An associate degree in Human Services can replace the experience requirement.
- A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
A Day in the Life
As a Support Worker, you’ll team up with Case Managers to help families thrive. Your day could include:
- Teaching skills like healthy communication, conflict resolution, and emotion regulation.
- Connecting families with resources to improve their lives.
- Advocating for children and helping families strengthen their relationships.
- Being a positive force in the lives of kids and families as they work toward stability.
