Top Flight Maintenance is seeking a Commercial Janitorial Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple client locations. The ideal candidate will have experience cleaning commercial spaces as well as managing a team of cleaning professionals. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated time management skills and should share the company’s commitment to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and oversee teams of cleaning professionals at multiple locations
- Evaluate, coordinate and assign cleaning tasks based upon need and skill level
- Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations
- Act as the primary point of contact for the cleaning team for any questions, concerns or disputes
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and take action as soon as possible
- Ensure proper inventory of supplies and cleaning tools
- Recruit, hire, onboard and train new janitorial professionals
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5 years commercial janitorial experience, preferably on a team
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to stay ahead of repetitive ongoing tasks
- Proven track record of mentoring and training subordinates
- Willingness to engage in hands-on work when a team is short staffed or behind schedule
- Expertise in commercial and cleaning equipment practices
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to use management software
- Experience with Google Suite (would be nice, not a requirement)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 to 50 lbs
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Clean felony record / Drug-free
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record

Compensation:
Salaried position 60,000 to 70,000 per year. (based on experience)
