Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and company mail.
- Handle administrative and HR tasks, including documentation, vehicle registration, I-9 verification, and paycheck distribution.
- Maintain office and breakroom supplies.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, interviewees, and team members.
