The successful candidate for our Concrete Polishing Laborers opportunities will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity and have a strong work ethic and competitive drive. Pay will depend on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities Include:
- Install polished concrete flooring systems
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
- Proper use of equipment and materials
- Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets
Qualifications:
- Concrete polishing experience preferred
- All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town
- Ability to work overnights and weekends as job dictates
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass random drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States

Your Role
You're the dedicated crew member and TFM expects high quality work, supporting all aspects of the job from start to finish. Prioritizing quality, efficiency, and timeliness, you communicate with your team and support them through every phase of the project. Support the crew's work to align with the specifications, promptly taking care of any problems that arise. Be attentive to detail, communicate, complete task efficiently and maintain good attendance. You leverage your skills to successfully help the team and make a significant impact on our success!
