Job Title : Fleet Operations Administrator
Job Summary:
A Fleet Operations Administrator will assist the shop and Area Manager in various administrative duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Issuing purchase orders.
- Reconciling purchase orders.
- Processing and coding invoices.
- Filing invoices and purchase orders.
- Ordering supplies.
- Data entry such as repair orders and daily fuel reports.
- Invoice management.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
- Employer will not sponsor visas for position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Excel
- Previous data entry experience in a vehicle maintenance/parts environment preferred
