A TForce Freight Sales Executive strategically penetrates new business opportunity while retaining and growing their current customer base with the primary objective being profitable revenue growth. Our Sales Executives need to be experts in transportation and pinpoint areas where TForce Freight can provide solutions that benefit new customers while driving growth within their current customer base. A successful Sales Executive will be motivated by results and be able to work cross functionally with operations and other departments in order to meet those objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gain new business in a defined market
- Grow profitable revenue using established sales goals
- Guard current revenue in the TForce Freight portfolio
- Listen, understand, and provide solutions based on our customer needs
- Negotiate services rendered and prices for those services
- Enter daily notes and activity within our CRM platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals
- Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
- Experience in managing a book of business
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have access to a vehicle
