We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Operations Manager to oversee job creation and administration functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing these critical areas to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of business objectives. The ideal candidate will assist the Director in ensuring all operations adhere to company policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Understand Total Fire Protection’s strategy, business and growth initiatives.
- Oversee the job creation process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all job entries.
- Monitor and report on job creation and administration activities, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for job creation and sales initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of department processes to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide oversight and support for department related tasks and projects.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Assist the Director in developing and executing SOP strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on metrics and performance indicators.
- Investigate and address any issues.
- Other responsibilities and tasks, as assigned by Director of Service Operations, as required.
