PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies, secures, and tracks all permits needed for projects
- Maintains As-builts master log tracking status, priority, deadlines, etc.
- Collaborates with BIM team to identify current project needs, prioritization, and assignments
- Works with Project team to request redlines (markups) from the Field team
- Provides assistance with O&M-related tasks including, but not limited to, warranty letters, certificates of completion, guides or manuals, etc.
- Enforces proper system setup for projects; educates PM team on best practices and SOPs for Procore
- Establishes and maintains open, positive relationships with the team
- Provides additional support to Project Managers as needed; including assistance with submittals, change proposals, change orders, and RFIs
- Assists in maintaining accurate certification management for Field team
- Provides weekly Project Management team reports

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years experience in a support role, with a minor understanding of construction
- Prior experience managing a team's workflow and implementing processes and systems to help optimize efficiency
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
- Problem solver with a genuine interest in learning and developing
- Fantastic organizational skills and great follow through on tasks
