Position Summary
Gas Scheduling Representative is responsible for the movement of company owned natural gas to markets to ensure uninterrupted product flow. Will be part of a collaborative and growing upstream producer Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and communicate natural gas nominations via pipeline electronic bulletin boards (EBBs) or other necessary communication means
· Monitor EBBs for information regarding pipeline maintenance or constraints
· Manage and maintain natural gas balances on gathering and interstate pipelines with a focus on minimizing penalties and punitive cashout results
· Develop and maintain relationships with outside operators, midstream service providers and downstream markets
· Collaborate with Operations team to ensure nominations and sales are in line with expected production flows
· Review and validate volumes with pipelines and counterparties
· Participate in an “on call” rotation program with other schedulers for after-hours coverage

Requirements
Qualifications
· A minimum of 1-3 years experience in natural gas scheduling with upstream producer background preferred
· Bachelors degree required, preferably in Business, Economics or other equivalent field
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with multiple disciplines
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
• Some night and weekend availability required as part of “on call” rotation program to respond to nomination changes or operational upsets
• Job is classified as light physical work in an office setting involving sitting, with intermittent periods of stooping, walking and standing.
