We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, and have the ability to work well with others. Our Telephone Representatives are responsible for retrieving and inputting data, contacting customers to fulfill requests, training new employees and troubleshooting customer problems. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists
- Introduce and promote our products or services to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our offerings
- Answer customer questions and address concerns effectively
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or similar software
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
- Continuously update knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to persuade potential customers and close sales
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Ability to make warm calls to potential customers based on provided leads
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts and ability to explain complex products or services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using software such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and goals
