Qualifications
- 4 years of litigation experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice
- Admitted to practice in New York
- Strong oral advocacy, legal writing, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to independently manage a full caseload
- Excellent client communication and negotiation skills
- Must be able to commute to Melville
Responsibilities
- Handle personal injury and medical malpractice matters from intake through resolution
- Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and prepare for trial
- Participate in court appearances, mediations, and client meetings
- Prepare detailed case evaluations and progress reports
- Work collaboratively with a senior attorney to deliver optimal outcomes for clients
