Salary : $115K - $125K ESOP Benefits
TGG Accountin g has a client in Irving, TX seeking to add an experienced Accounting Manage r to its established accounting team. This role reports to the Controller and oversees a team of four (4) accountants. This organization exceeds $100mm in annual revenue.
Schedule : 100% onsite for first 90 days, then hybrid 2 days at home, 3 days in office.
Compensation : $115K - $125K ESOP Benefits.
Accounting Department ERP : Salesforce - Accounting Seed.
Responsibilities :
- Manager of a team of four (4) direct reports : AP Manager, 2 Staff Accountants, and a Clerk.
- Responsible for the Month End Workbook Schedule - Six (6) day close.
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounting team.
- Verify a high volume of cash receipts.
- Oversee payroll - Three hundred (300) staff members.
