What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Manager position at TGG Accounting?
Day to day duties:
Enter all customer billing and contact information into CRM accurately
and timely
Manage 1 other full time admin
Accurately prioritize tasks and delegate other duties as needed
Contract processing (requires strong critical thinking).
Basic accounts payable and account processing.
Managing vendor relationships (hundreds of vendors).
Hours:
8am-430pm / 830-5pm
Must Have’s:
5-10 years of managerial and admin experience
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively handle tasks.
Detail oriented
Prior experience with a leadership role, managing or oversight of 1-2
employees
Need to be self-sufficient, reliable leader who can make sound decisions without constant oversight.
MS office suite experience
