Position Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team. This critical role focuses on estimating and developing new business opportunities for commercial electrical projects ranging from $150K to $5M. As a key contributor, youll play a pivotal role in preconstruction activities, bid preparation, and relationship-building to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Bid Preparation & Estimation : Develop accurate and competitive bids for commercial electrical projects using Acubid, Bluebeam, and Excel.
- Business Development : Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to secure projects and expand revenue streams.
- Preconstruction Engagement : Actively participate in preconstruction meetings to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with project managers to support project execution and maintain client satisfaction.
- Market Expertise : Stay informed on NEC codes, local regulations, and jurisdictional requirements.
