TGG Accounting has partnered with a Nashville-based hospitality group seeking to add an experienced Director of Finance to their established team. We are seeking a Director of Finance with a hospitality background.
Schedule: 5 Days in the Office.
Compensation: $130K - $140K Benefits Bonus.
Overview:
- Communicate a Finance and Accounting calendar with due dates to Executive Committee and other departmental leaders as necessary (i.e. forecast, month end, budget, etc).
- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable including credit evaluation, receiving deposits, producing group bills and timely collection of all outstanding invoices.
- Prepare cash flow forecast on a weekly basis and submit files for shared services to prepare weekly check runs.
- Work with General Manager and Department Heads to create all operational budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements including month-end close reporting with associated commentary.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is Required.
- Hospitality experience is Required.
- 10 Years of General accounting experience.
- 5 years managing an accounting team.
- Experience with ProfitSword and Blackeline is a huge plus.
