What are the responsibilities and job description for the Highrise/Multifamily Project Manager position at TGG Accounting?
My client is looking for a Project Manager to join their amazing team!
They are looking for PMs with larger project experience in high rise or large hospitality (large multifamily will work as well).
Salary range: 120-130k
Hours: M-Th 7am -5pm F 7am-2pm
Current project:
$300 million
High-rise multifamily mixed use near UNLV with podium deck and parking garage
Will take about 32 months
1. Planning & Initiation
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Identifying stakeholders and their expectations
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Risk assessment and mitigation planning
2. Execution & Coordination
- Leading and coordinating project teams
- Assigning tasks and setting priorities
- Ensuring resources (people, tools, budget) are allocated properly
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serving as the main point of contact between teams, clients, and executives
- Providing regular status updates and reports
- Resolving conflicts and managing expectations
4. Risk & Issue Management
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Solving problems that arise during project execution
- Adjusting plans as necessary to keep the project on track
5. Budget & Resource Management
- Tracking expenses and ensuring the project stays within budget
- Managing contracts, vendors, and external resources
Requirements:
- 3 years of PM Experience
- Structural concrete
- Cost control
- Change orders
