Role Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee multiple miscellaneous metals projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy in drawings, constructability, and alignment with contract documents. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drawing Review & Coordination – Review detailed drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance with contract documents, and constructability. Work closely with in-house detailing teams.
- Change Order Management – Collaborate with the change order team to review and resolve gaps in project scope.
- Project Coordination – Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Site Visits – Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any on-site challenges.
- Multi-Project Management – Manage 16 projects simultaneously, with the capacity to scale to 20-30 active projects.
- Client & Team Communication – Work effectively with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project timelines and quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in miscellaneous metals project management.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and construction processes.
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and AirTable preferred.
- OSHA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

- Experience managing projects in the $8M-$12M range
