What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing Coordinator position at TGG Accounting?
My client who specializes in restaurant food distribution is looking to bring on a purchasing coordinator to join their team!
They are open to a new grad with abusiness degree*WITH* ***purchase order and invoice experience***
Day to day duties:
Tracking invoices
Set up new vendors and maintain and update their information
Issue purchase orders to suppliers based on inventory stacking levels
Work with sales team to identify market pricing trends and customer needs
Work with vendors and suppliers to follow up on orders and requests
Prepare POS materials such as flyers, sample packs, information sheets, etc.
Prepare weekly general meeting topics and discussion points; coordinate ; weekly sample
tasting events with vendors and sales associates.
Negotiate offers, pricing, and minimum order quantities (MOQs)with vendors
Perform data entry duty and paperwork processing as needed
What software/programs will be used:Microsoft
Must Haves:
1 year of experience
Ability to work with a team
Works well under pressure (role will be busy)
$17/hr-$24/hr
Hours: 730-430 Monday-Friday (1 hour lunch, OT as needed)
Salary : $17 - $24
