My client is looking for a General Superintendent with expertise in Paving/Grading and underground utilities.
Position Summary:
The General Superintendent for Paving and Grading will oversee all field operations for multiple projects, ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules. This position requires extensive experience in paving, grading, and site preparation, with the ability to manage large teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in paving and grading, with at least 5 years in
a supervisory or superintendent role.
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects ($1 million to
$20 million).
Experience in the Las Vegas market or similar environments is highly preferred
Experienced in wet underground utilities
Certifications:
OSHA 30 Certification (required).
Relevant industry certifications in paving or grading (preferred).
