Salary : 18-21 OT
My Restaurant Distribution client is looking to bring on a Warehouse / Delivery Driver to assist in product pick up and customer on-site delivery.
Must haves : CLEAN driving record
Prior experience driving box truck
NO commercial DL
Bilingual English / Spanish
Picks and assembles customer orders as indicated on the pick list
Completes door to door deliveries by driving company truck on assigned
route
Maintains and safely navigates the Company vehicle
Documents, records, and completes driver log when making deliveries
Receives product deliveries and unloads delivery trucks in a timely
manner
Inspects received products for damage and volume accuracy and
documents accordingly
Accurately stocks inventory in the assigned warehouse location and
rotates product inventory to maintain a First-IN, First-OUT (FIFO) food
storage system
Partakes in warehouse upkeep and ensures the stockroom is clean and
organized
Coordinates with manager and salespersons to assemble urgent deliveries
to customers
Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent
service
Attends semiannual inventory count on designated day, possibly on a
weekend
