What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audio Visual Operations Coordinator position at TGG?
Project & Client Support
You will support active projects (~20 ongoing) as well as time-sensitive, high-priority special projects. As a liaison between the client service department and high-end clientele, you will ensure seamless service delivery. You will handle urgent client requests, including last-minute troubleshooting before major events. You will maintain strict confidentiality, managing NDAs and background checks where required.
