What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Superintendent position at TGG?
Role Overview :
This is a unique, multi-faceted position in a small family-owned company with headquarters near St. Cloud, MN. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing the entirety of operations in a combined Estimator, Project Manager, and Superintendent capacity. This individual will oversee the daily operations, manage crews, and ensure project success while also handling the estimation, planning, and management aspects of the projects. Most projects are in MN, SD and ND although company has recently expanded west to Rocky Mountain area. Average project is $250K.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee 3-5 direct reports and 5 small crews (total of 15 individuals directly)
- Manage multiple roles : Estimating, Project Management, and Supervision
- Ensure project execution and delivery in line with budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Work with the team to achieve the company’s ambitious growth goals
- Foster a culture of ambition, motivation, and teamwork
