Our client is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will lease residential units across multiple locations, ensuring high occupancy and delivering excellent customer service to prospective and current residents. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities :
Leasing & Sales :
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Conduct property tours and highlight key features to potential renters.
Follow up with leads to maximize leasing opportunities.
Process applications, verify applicant details, and prepare lease agreements.
Meet or exceed leasing goals to ensure high occupancy rates.
Customer Service & Resident Relations :
Provide exceptional service to prospective and current residents.
Address resident concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Assist with lease renewals and retention efforts.
Marketing & Outreach :
Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
Update online listings with accurate property information.
Participate in community events and networking to promote available units.
Administrative Duties :
Maintain accurate leasing records and update property management software.
Track rental applications, leases, and compliance documents.
Collect and process security deposits and rent payments.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
Property Management Support :
Conduct move-in / move-out inspections with attention to detail.
Report and follow up on maintenance requests.
Ensure model units and common areas are well-maintained.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Highly organized, self-motivated, and skilled in time management.
Proficient in AppFolio.
3-5 years of experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel between multiple properties.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing best practices.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required- will be traveling from Everett to Tukwila frequently to visit properties and give tours
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
Bilingual - Spanish is preferred, not required.
Salary : $55K-$60K per year, full benefits, mileage reimbursement, possible bonuses
