Position Overview
- Process Invoices through bill.com for payment, ensuring accurate coding.
- File and maintain copies of invoices that are paid via other methods than bill.com
- Sync QB with bill.com daily and fix any errors that arise.
- Manage Vendor relationships (W9, insurance requirements, lien waivers).
- Work with Project Managers and Safety Managers to maintain site-specific safety data sheets.
- Obtain and file project permits.
- Assist PM with submittal of shop drawing, as-built review, and project closeout documentation.
- Associate degree
- 2 years of Project Coordination/Project Support
- Detail Orientated
