What are the responsibilities and job description for the QuickBooks Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper ~ $65K - $75K - San Diego position at TGG?
TGG Accounting has partnered with a San Diego-based CPA firm that is seeking an experienced Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper, with excellent QuickBooks skills, to add to their established accounting team.
Compensation Range: $65K - $75K Benefits
Schedule: 5 days in office
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Maintain an accurate accounts payable tracker as invoices are received from vendors.
- Accounts Receivables: Reconcile the receipt of payments and process deposits.
- Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries for monthly G&A allocations.
- Quarterly Tasks: Review all processes and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Annual Tasks: Prepare and send 1099 and 1096 forms to IRS by January 25th
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, or a related field, is Highly Preferred.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- 3 years of QuickBooks experience is REQUIRED
