Intake Clinician - Behavioral Health

Schedules Available:
- Evenings: 3pm-11:30pm
- Nights: 9pm-7:30am

What you will do in this role:

This individual is responsible for working with internal and external customers to identify patients appropriate for admission to the Behavioral Health Unit.

The individual is responsible for conducting a crisis assessment as identified in the essential job specific functions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or other related field of study with experience in Behavioral Health and Psychiatry.
- Current independent practice scope licensure in state of practice. LMFT, LPC, MSW, (LSW, LCSW preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a psychiatric setting. Experience in crisis counseling and crisis evaluations preferred.
