Warehouse PC Setup Tech (level 1)
Job Title: Level 1 IT Technician/Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming IT hardware and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock checks.
- Pick, pack, and provision computers for shipment based on company and client specifications.
- Ensure warehouse storage is organized for efficiency, safety, and easy access to inventory.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of returned or defective hardware.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workstations.
IT Hardware Deployment & Support
- Provide onsite and remote support for IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware according to company and client standards.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Assist end-users with basic troubleshooting, hardware setup, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer and project orders.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including hardware upgrades, firmware updates, and patches.
- Document all installations, configurations, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
- Adhere to company and client policies, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on IT hardware deployment, warehouse logistics, or technical support.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Technical knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track and document inventory accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
