Summary: Provides customer service and administrative support for field service team.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assists with day-to-day operations such as web inquiries, incoming customer calls, and providing account information and updates to the customer.
- Place service calls for technicians and sales representatives.
- Provides professional and timely customer support.
- Contacts customers to answer queries or obtain missing information.
- Maintains and updates records in company databases as needed.
- Communicates important feedback from customers internally.
- Supports the service team with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with customers, fellow employees, and other departments.
- Performs other duties and projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Some professional experience, particularly in a customer-facing role that includes identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Industry experience and/or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to communicate effectively over the phone and email, and with all levels of customers, colleagues, and management.
- Proficient with MS Office programs.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner; able to work independently.
- Professional presentation; is approachable, enthusiastic and displays a high level of self-motivation.
- Must have good attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 an hour
