Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced construction project managers and assistant project managers to join our team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project procurement and coordination
- Scheduling and payment/change order management
- Client relationship management and communication
- Permit and inspection management
- Document control and administration
Requirements
- Proven project coordination and management skills
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Experience with Procore or similar software is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
