Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

- Facilitate Agile project management practices to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Create visual representations of processes using tools like Visio to communicate findings effectively.
- Support the implementation of data integration solutions using Talend and linked data concepts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Assist in training team members on best practices for data analysis and project management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as R and VBA is essential.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is preferred.
- Experience with data integration tools like Talend is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to create process diagrams using Visio or similar software.
- Strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- A background in technology services or consulting for government clients is advantageous.
