Summary
We are seeking a Configuration Manager to join our team at TGTG, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the configuration of IT systems and ensuring that all components are properly integrated and functioning. Your contributions will be vital in helping our clients achieve their business goals through effective technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration management process for IT systems and applications.
- Ensure all configurations are documented accurately and maintained throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement configuration changes efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to configurations.
- Develop and enforce configuration management policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members on configuration management best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Configuration Manager or similar role in IT.
- Strong knowledge of VMWare, vSphere, Active Directory, and network security practices.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Understanding of information security principles is essential.
