Summary
We are seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at TGTG, LLC. This role is vital in providing exceptional IT support and ensuring our clients receive timely assistance with their technical issues. The Helpdesk Specialist will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, networks, and applications.
- Assist users with operating systems, applications, and IT infrastructure issues.
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system for tracking purposes.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain inventory of computer hardware and software licenses.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or Remedy is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
