What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controls Project Manager II position at TGW Logistics Group?
A Controls Project Manager II will be responsible for planning and delivering projects of medium to large size and complexity, developing budgets hands-on, and providing leadership to the project team. Their duties include monitoring and controlling the budget for the project and advocating for additional funding when necessary, contracting professionals, or selecting project team members from existing departments, and setting, or adjusting, project schedules to adhere to deadlines. Additionally, they will allocate project resources with the assistance of a Team Lead, establish subcontract agreements, monitor for contractual risk mitigations as it adheres to the stakeholders, and ensure delivery of controls systems that meets, or exceeds, TGW quality standards and processes.
What you'll be handling
- Manages projects through the entirety of the project life cycle.
- Oversees mid-size to large projects with a budget up to $15M, 2 or more small projects with a budget of $5M or less, or phases of a larger project (>
15M) under a Level III Controls Project Manager.
