TGW is currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Marketing Specialist for its sales team. In this role you will work in our North American headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and be responsible for all aspects of our video production including concept development, storyboarding, planning, filming, editing, and publishing.

What you’ll be handling
- Lead the creation of all video content for North America.
- Concept, storyboard, film, edit, and publish videos.
- Interview on-camera talent and write scripts.
- Own the local video creative direction, ensuring the visual style and messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the audience.
- Bring to life fresh ideas for video content and formats, supported by local and global colleagues.
- Select and manage freelancers and video agencies to support video creation efforts.
- Associates degree in Film Production is preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in video production.
- 30% of travel as required, mostly domestic but could include some international trips.
- Highly experienced with camera operation, lighting, sound equipment, and other video production tools.
- Highly experienced in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Experience with motion graphics software (After Effects, Blender, or similar).
