Summary: As an Information Technology (IT) Team Lead at TGW, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading IT-related activities across the organization. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the IT ecosystem, with a focus on user experience, security, and best practices. You will oversee the management of IT systems, staff, and service providers to ensure the seamless operation of our technological infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the organization's IT systems and infrastructure.
- Plan, organize, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Lead and manage IT staff and/or collaborate with managed service providers.
- Design, develop, and implement IT systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
- Drive exceptional user experience across all IT platforms.
- Monitor system performance to determine cost and productivity levels.
- Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
- Analyze business requirements and develop IT solutions in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT OR 5 years equivalent experience in IT with no degree.
Preferred:
- Previous IT leadership experience, including working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Proven experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, networks, databases, and phone systems.
- Strong focus on enhancing employee experience through IT solutions.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain stationary at a desk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to go to site frequently and move safely around industrial and/or warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies up to 25 pounds at a time.
- Ability to operate computers, tablets, phones, and other electronic devices.
- Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing, on a frequent basis.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to job site temperature fluctuations due to seasonal weather in geographic region.
