Executive Director

We have partnered with a Behavioral Health Network to recruit for an Executive Director to provide on-site operational oversight for one residential treatment center in Pennsylvania.

As an Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in the success of this facility.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree, MBA, MHA, or related qualification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years executive leadership within a healthcare setting.
• Senior management experience within the mental health or substance abuse field.
• Previous experience with financial management including billing, budgeting, and revenue cycle management.
• Proven success of building and leading multi-disciplinary high-performance teams.
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing healthcare facilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee management and operations of one residential treatment facility, aligning with the goals and objectives of the organization.
• Responsible for the allocation of resources to maintain operational efficiency across the treatment center.
• Represent the organization to promote partnerships.
• Analyze revenue growth opportunities alongside expenditure reducing measures.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and funding sources.
