Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Leader to identify and create new business opportunities, build strategic long-term relationships with clients, and lead the efforts to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and experience relating to industrial electronics.
Responsibilities
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and analyze the market to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the industrial electronic equipment repair sector.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client companies.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Lead Negotiations: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while keeping the company’s interests in mind.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Track and manage all business development activities, ensuring that opportunities are followed through from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the technical, operations, and ownership to develop and deliver sales objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales management roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
