Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. Key responsibilities include maintaining accounts payable subledgers, preparing invoices for approval, creating and maintaining the vendor master file, processing wire transfers and ACH transactions, addressing inquiries, recording expenses, preparing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 4 years experience in accounts payable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
