JOB SUMMARY:
TH Plastics Inc. a custom injection molding manufacturer is now accepting applications for Assembly / Molding Operator. This position is responsible for making a quality product within production standards that will be shipped to the customer.
STARTING PAY:
- 1st Shift - $16.75 / hour
- 2nd Shift - $17.90 / hour
- 3rd Shift - $17.80 / hour

SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday
- 8 hour shift
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with operators from previous shift to receive important job information
- Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
- Inspect and pack product in accordance with the job pack
- Inspect the parts and sort by means of visual inspections to insure defect free
- Maintain the work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in orderly condition
- Provide accurate scrap counts at the end of the shift
- Simultaneous use of hand tools and parts
- Communicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors when there are issues
- Complete all other duties, as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have the ability to perform repetitive work in a fast paced work environment, which includes long periods of standing, occasional walking and some light lifting
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend written English
- Must be able to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- Regular on-site attendance is required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to stand for entire scheduled shift
