We are seeking an experienced individual for the position of Process Technician in our Bowling Green, Ohio molding division. This role involves setting up and maintaining the injection molding process as well as supervising hourly operators.

Schedule:
- 3rd Shift (11:30pm-7:50am)
- Sunday - Thursday
- 2nd Shift (3:30pm-11:50pm)
- Monday - Friday
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Critical thinking and problem-solving with injection molding
- 2 years of experience in injection molding as a process tech or similar position preferred
- Forklift and Overhead crane experience preferred
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:(The following list does not include all duties and responsibilities)
- Assist the Shift Superintendent in all phases of production
- Assist with startups and troubleshooting of machines
- Optimize molding and robot conditions
- Completes shift reports, mold setting check list, and post production schedules
- Load programs per training and work instructions and record any issues
- Fill out work orders and deliver them to the appropriate area.
- Regular on-site attendance
