Qualifications

- Comfortable working some weekdays and weekends during lunch and dinner shifts.
- Experience in managing inventory and placing supply orders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.

- Ability to multitask efficiently and work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food service and hospitality management.
- Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage inventory control and cash handling procedures.
- Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing during lunch and dinner hours.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate food/drink preparation and service, enhancing guest experiences in both bar and dining settings.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring processes to build a skilled team.
- Help manage and update social media accounts, promoting daily specials and events.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
